Holiday Cottages In The Lake District
Comments OffIf the Lake District is on your ‘must see’ agenda (and it should be) you’ll need to choose the type of accommodation for your stay. I wouldn’t put you off staying in a hotel if you were looking for a short stay of one or two nights and needed all the facilities that a hotel can offer, but for longer stays, lake district cottages are hard to beat.
Offering the freedom to set your own agenda to come and go as you please with no set meal times or other formalities to deal with, a holiday cottage in the Lake District allows you to relax and unwind amongst some of the most stunning scenery in the world.
Choose from amongst the many cottages available in the tourist centres of Windermere, Bowness, Amblesdide or Keswick; or fully embrace your wild side and pick a remote hillside cottage in the Langdale or Borrowdale valleys.
Whatever your choice, you’re sure to find a Lake District cottage to suit you and your budget.
